Every game on DailyJamm is free to play without an account. An account is optional and exists so your scores can be saved and appear on the daily leaderboards.
Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure. One person should hold one account; creating multiple accounts to occupy more than one place on a leaderboard is not permitted.
When you create an account you choose a username, which is public and shown next to your scores. You agree not to choose a username that:
Usernames are screened automatically, but no filter is perfect. We may rename or remove any account at our discretion if its username breaks these rules or is reported and found to be inappropriate. If you believe a name was rejected or changed in error, contact us at the address below.
Scores are submitted from your browser. Do not attempt to submit scores you did not earn by playing, whether by modifying the page, calling our services directly, or any other means. We may remove scores, reset statistics, or delete accounts we believe are manipulating the leaderboards.
Leaderboards are provided for fun. We do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate, or continuously available, and we may reset or retire them at any time.
All original games, code, design, and content created by DailyJamm are owned by DailyJamm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute original game content without express written permission.
Third-party game links and any third-party trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. DailyJamm is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party game sites listed.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DailyJamm does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
